Activate Your License on WordPress:

Ensure your Post SMTP Pro with Business or Agency plan license is activated on your WordPress site. If it’s already activated, proceed to the next step.

Download and Connect the Mobile App to Your WordPress Site:

Open the Post SMTP mobile app and connect it to your WordPress site using the required credentials.

Access the Mobile App Pro Features:

• Once connected, go to the Post SMTP mobile app’s Settings tab.

Find and click the tagline, “Already have a Business or Agency plan? Click here.”

License Verification:

• If your Business or Agency license is active on your WordPress site, you will see a message confirming, “License verified successfully.” All Pro features will be unlocked immediately.

• If the license is not found or hasn’t been activated on your WordPress site, you will get a “License not found” message.

• If your license is not for the Business or Agency plan, you will see an “Upgrade your plan” message instead.

Troubleshooting

• If you receive the “License not found” message, ensure your license is properly activated on your WordPress site.
• If the license is still not recognized, double-check that the app is connected to the correct WordPress site with the activated license.
