Brevo is a complete digital marketing solution that was formerly known as Sendinblue. However, it offers a well-known email marketing service. Both free and paid plans are available, depending on how many emails you must send.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending 300 emails daily on the free plan is enough for many small businesses and personal websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brevo offers a feature-rich free option without requiring a credit card, is easy to set up, and is a recommended mailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting up the Brevo Account: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To get started, you\u2019ll need a Brevo (Sendinblue)<\/a> account. You can sign in to your account by clicking on the Login button at the top right side of the window, and if you don\u2019t have one, sign up for a new Brevo account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After entering your email address, check your inbox to see if Brevo<\/strong> has sent you a message. You can find the \u00abConfirm my email address\u00bb button in that email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be asked to enter some personal information when you log back into your Brevo account, starting with your First name<\/strong>, Last name<\/strong>, Company name, <\/strong>and Website<\/strong>. Then click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will see a screen that requires more information about your company<\/strong> (Address, Zip code, City, Country). Fill in the required fields and click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brevo will then ask you for information about your company, including your team members, how many people are on your mailing list, and whether you plan to sell products online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brevo will then ask you to enter your phone number<\/strong>. Once you’re done, click the Save<\/strong> button to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can select a plan once all the necessary fields have been filled out. The setup process is the same regardless of which one you like. We\u2019ll choose the Free option.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installing and Activating the Post SMTP Plugin: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before getting started, you\u2019ll need to <\/a>install the Post SMTP plugin<\/a><\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s cover the steps to set up <\/a>Brevo<\/a><\/strong> with Post SMTP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Post SMTP dashboard<\/strong> and click on Start the wizard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A window containing different Mailers services <\/strong>will pop up; select Brevo <\/strong>from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the From Address,<\/strong> there are two required fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.     From Email (You must use the same email address you used to log in to your Brevo <\/strong>account.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.     From Name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Post<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cPrevent plugins and themes for changing this\u201d toggle button will be under the From Email and Name fields. Check both of them enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you have to enter the API Key<\/strong>. Click on API Key to<\/strong> be redirected to the Brevo API Key <\/strong>screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generating an API Key: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on Generate a new API Key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the name of the key and click on Generate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The API Key <\/strong>will be generated. Copy that and click OK. Return to the tab\/window where the Post SMTP <\/strong>is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now paste the copied API Key<\/strong> in the required field in the Post SMTP <\/strong>setup wizard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 A screen will appear with the field Recipient Email Address<\/strong>. This step will allow you to send an email address for testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the Recipient Email Address <\/strong>and click Send Test Email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Finish <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
