The well-known cloud-based business software and services provider Zoho<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>Corporation, offers Zoho Mail, a leading email hosting and collaboration solution. Additionally, it provides seamless integration with productivity tools and personalized domain-based email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting up the Zoho Account: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to Zoho Mail<\/strong><\/a> in a new window or tab. Select whether you want to select Business Email <\/strong>or Personal Email. After that, enter the Name<\/strong>, Email\/Phone<\/strong>, and Password, <\/strong>and <\/strong>click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service <\/strong>and Privacy Policy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on Sign Up for Free. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are an existing user, you can sign in using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive OTP<\/strong> on your mobile number and click the Verify<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After verifying, you will be directed to the inbox of Zoho Mail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installing and Activating the Post SMTP Plugin: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Before getting started, you\u2019ll need to install the Post SMTP plugin<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us cover all the steps to set up Zoho with Post SMTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Post SMTP dashboard and click on Start the wizard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mailer: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A window will pop up containing different Mailers services. Select Zoho Mail<\/strong> from here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the From Address,<\/strong> there are two required fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. From Email (You must use the same email address you used to log in to your Zoho account.)
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From Name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \"SMTP<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    The \u201cPrevent plugins and themes for changing this\u201d toggle button will be under the From Email and Name fields. Check both of them enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Now, you have to select the Region. <\/strong>Under the Region <\/strong>title, you will see Client ID <\/strong>and Client Secret<\/strong>. For that, we need the Client ID <\/strong>and Client Secret. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the next step, we will learn \u201cHow to create a Client ID and<\/strong> Client Secret.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To create a Client ID and Client Secret, Click on Zoho Mail<\/strong><\/a> to create an account, or

    if you have already logged in to Zoho Mail, <\/strong>click on Zoho API Credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Zoho API Credentials<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>to redirect to the Zoho API Console<\/strong> page. Click on Get Started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Choosing a Client Type: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Here, you have to choose a Client Type. Select Server-Based Application<\/strong> and click on Create Now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You must enter the Client Name, Homepage URL, and Authorized Redirect URLs. Enter the Client Name and Homepage URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Getting the Authorized Redirect URLs:<\/strong> <\/strong>–<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

     <\/strong>Go to the tab or window where the Post SMTP <\/strong>setup wizard is open. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will see the Redirect URL <\/strong>copy that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Return to the window where the Zoho Mail <\/strong>is open, and paste the Redirect URL <\/strong>in the required field. Click create.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Getting the Client Secret: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You will get the Client ID and Client Secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Copy that, return to the window where the Post SMTP <\/strong>setup wizard is open, and paste the Client ID <\/strong>and Client Secret<\/strong> in the required fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We have to allow Post SMTP <\/strong>to send emails using Zoho Mail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For authorization, <\/strong>click on Connect to Zoho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A new window will open, asking permission to allow Post SMTP <\/strong>to access data in your Zoho account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Accept, <\/strong>and After the successful authentication, you will see the \u201c<\/strong>The OAuth 2.0 authorization was successful. Ready to send e-mail\u201d<\/strong> message. Click on the Save and Continue<\/strong> button present at the end of the right side to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sending a Test Email: –<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A screen will appear with the field Recipient Email Address<\/strong>. This step will allow you to send an email address for testing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the Recipient Email Address <\/strong>and click Send Test Email<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the Finish <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
