    Dear ∀,
At some time in this month Post SMTP stopped working:
Our recent newsletter (via the Newsletter plugin on the back of Post SMTP) was not distributed, and when I try sending a test mail, I get an Ajax-Error (500 Internal Server Error).
On page postman_email_log I receive the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 655360 bytes) in /customers/2/c/9/kwanumzen.de/httpd.www/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2153

I have allready set the memory limit in wp-config.php to 512M, which seems to be a limit, because 1024M breaks the site.

Can you please help me solving the problem?
    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Jetrca,
I hope you are doing well.
Let me know which mailing service you are using with Post SMTP.
How many total email logs do you have in Post SMTP?
There maybe a plugin conflict; please create a support ticket here – https://objectsws.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/16.
    Thanks

    Dear M Haseeb,
    Thank you for your reply.
Our site is hosted by one.com, and for our newsletters, we use an e-mail-address hosted by them, with our domain. We dispatch newsletters directly via their servers.
The problem persists if we switch off all plugins except Post SMTP.
You can find the current plugin list below.
Where can I see if and how many total email logs there are, if postman_email_log throws an error?
    Thank you in advance.
    Yours, Jetrca

Ok, I need to reproduce this issue; it’s possible can you to clone your website into a staging environment and provide us the staging access on our email: support@wpexperts.io?

    Thanks
