Here is the error message I get from the log

Client error: POST https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/sendMail resulted in a 400 Bad Request response: {“error”:{“code”:”ErrorParticipantDoesntHaveAnEmailAddress”,”message”:”A participant without an email address is not all (truncated…)

Probably office 365 doesn’t like shared mailbox in Reply-To field

    —-

    Everything appeared to authenticate ok.
I can send and receive a test mail.
When I send a main from the Divi contact form I get an error in the log.

I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

    Hi Karen,

Have you set a reply-to address in Post SMTP? If not, can you try setting one? This should match, exactly, the sender email of your Office 365 account.

Please let us know how you get on.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
Yes I did. In the Message tab.
    I also disabled email verification.

    Hi Karen,

Okay, great. Can you check what email address the Divi contact form is trying to send from? It sometimes tries to send from a different address.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

I’m not sure how to check that. 🙁
I’ll poke around but it’s not a setting I’ve seen in the form.
The admin email is different to the send email.
I manage the site and so I want to be notified of problems rather than my client.

I’ve got the box checked ‘prevent plugins and themes from changing this’ for the from address so Divi shouldn’t be overriding.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi Karen,

Officially I should refer you to Divi support, but if you can post a temporary login to your site I’ll take a look for you. I had this issue with another Divi site the other week. 🙂

When you post any credentials, make sure you mark the reply as private, so that it is only visible to the support team.

The override is good, but it doesn’t always seem to work – especially on the Divi contact form(s).

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
