Connect and Monitor WordPress Multiple Sites

Do you want to track and manage your email delivery for multiple WordPress sites from your mobile device?

Post SMTP offers a convenient mobile app feature that enables users to connect and monitor multiple WordPress sites from a single mobile application. This feature enhances email delivery tracking and provides push notifications for email failures across multiple sites.

Note: Ensure you have the latest version of the Post SMTP plugin installed and activated on each WordPress site you wish to connect.
Download the Post SMTP mobile app from the Play Store.

Connecting Multiple Sites:

Connect a Single Site:

• On your WordPress site, navigate to the Post SMTP plugin settings.

• Click the top right tab labeled “Mobile App.”

• Connect the mobile app with that site by scanning the site’s unique QR code.

Connect Multiple Site:

Note: Connect Multiple site functionality requires a Pro license or higher.

• Navigate to the “Sites” tab within the Post SMTP mobile app after connecting a site.

• In the “Sites” tab, locate the “+” or “Add” button in the bottom right corner.

• Click this button to initiate the process of connecting more sites.

QR Code Scanning:

Note: Repeat the same process of connecting sites to connect more sites.

• On the new WordPress site, navigate to the Post SMTP plugin settings.

• Tap on the most right tab labeled “Mobile App” within the Post SMTP plugin settings.
  
• You will find your unique QR Code for the respective site.
  

Note: Each site has its own unique QR code in the Post SMTP plugin settings. Make sure you scan the correct QR code for each site.

Monitoring and Notifications:

• Once connected with multiple sites, use the mobile app to monitor all connected sites’ email logs and delivery status.
  
• Receive push notifications for failed emails across multiple sites directly on your mobile device.

With the Post SMTP mobile app’s “Connect Multiple Sites” feature, you can efficiently track and manage email delivery status for various WordPress sites from a centralized and user-friendly mobile interface.
