Introduction

You can integrate Post SMTP with Slack to keep an eye on your WordPress SMTP activities. Through our Slack extension, you can configure a WebHook to receive alerts regarding failed emails on any channel of your choice

Let’s get started

  • From the left menu bar, navigate to Post SMTP > Settings.
  • Now, click on the Notifications tab
  • Click the Slack Button
  • Then, click the dynamic link “Get your webhook URL here.”
  • Select a channel in the dropdown. You will receive an alert about failed emails in that channel.
  • Then click the Allow button
  • You will be redirected to a page where you will be able to copy your Webhook URL
  • Paste your Webhook URL in the text field next to Slack Webhook
  • Click the Save Changes Button
  • When an email now fails your website, you will receive an alert on your selected Slack channel.
