Viewing Email Logs

To view an email, first locate it in the logs, which can be made easier by “Filtering & Search.”
In the row of the email you wish to view, navigate to the right side of the email row, and click “View” Modal Action Link.
Clicking the latter will open a pop-up, displaying the email, and will contain the following information regarding the email:
- From;
- To;
- Date;
- Subject;
- Delivery-URL;

To view the transcript of an email either sent or failed to send, navigate to the right side of the email row, and click “Transcript” Modal Action Link.
Clicking the latter will open a pop-up, displaying the transcript.
