Post SMTP Mobile App connects to your Post SMTP plugin and lets you access its features on your smartphone. With the Post SMTP App, you can:

•  View your email log and see the status of each email sent from your site

•  Receive notifications when an email fails to deliver and get the error details

•  Resend any failed email with a single tap

•  Preview any email and see how it looks on different devices

You can make Post SMTP Mobile App fully functional on your WordPress site with just two simple steps.

  • First, download the Post SMTP mobile app on your smartphone.
  • Second, connect the app with your Post SMTP plugin.

How to Download Post SMTP Mobile Application:

  • Search Post SMTP from the search bar.
  • Tap on the Post SMTP Mobile App from the search results. 
  • Click the Install button to begin Post SMTP Mobile App installation on your device.
  • After installation, click the Open button to navigate to the Scan QR code screen to connect this app with your site’s Post SMTP plugin.

How to Connect an Android Device with The Post SMTP Plugin: 

This guide will show you how to do that in a few simple steps. Let’s get started!     

  1. Install the Post SMTP Plugin:
  • The first step is installing the latest Post SMTP plugin version on your WordPress site. If you have already done that, Let’s connect your mobile app with the plugin.

  1. Access QR Code:
  • Tap on the most right tab labeled “Mobile App” within the Post SMTP plugin settings.
  • You will find your unique QR Code.
  1. Connect Your App:
  • Open your mobile app and click the “Scan QR Code” button.
  • Scan the QR Code displayed within the plugin settings to establish the connection.

Email Logs:

  • After scanning, You can view detailed email logs on your Post SMTP mobile app, which can be filtered into Failed, Successful, and All Emails.
  • You’ll also be notified of your failed emails through our app.

Email Actions:

  • Tap the three dots dropdown menu to access actions like Preview Email, Resend Email, and View Email Transcript.
  • You can also preview those sent emails.
  • You can even view detailed error messages of failed emails. Click on the three-dot dropdown menu and go to View Details. This option will only be available for failed emails.

Resending Emails:

  • You can resend failed or successfully sent emails from the Post SMTP app. 
  • Click the “Resend” button to redirect you to our plan page.
  • Select a plan that suits your needs and click “Purchase Now.” You will be redirected to the Pro Access Details page to subscribe or confirm your purchase.
  • Add the necessary card/payment details to proceed.
  • Click “Subscribe” to enable the Resend feature.
  • After that, you will asked to allow authentication for purchase or not. Select any of two options and Tap the OK button to unlock the resend feature.
  • Congratulations!! You have successfully purchased our Pro and unlocked the Resend Feature.
  • Resend any email you want, and you will receive a “Success” or “Failed” pop-up notification for your emails. These resent emails will be reflected in your Email Logs.

Sites Tab:

  • In the “Sites” tab, you will find all the sites connected to the Post SMTP Mobile App. Users can connect only one site with the app in this first version.
  • You can remove a connected site by clicking the delete icon. After removal, you will be redirected to the “Scan QR Code” page to connect with another or the same site again.
  • You’ll get the functionality to connect multiple sites with your mobile app.

Settings:

  • On the Settings tab, you will have details like App Display Mode, App version, and Priority Support feature to instantly create and submit a support ticket.

That’s it! Now, you can connect the Post SMTP Mobile App with the Post SMTP plugin for your WordPress site.
