Do you want to resend any failed emails from your WordPress site with one tap on your mobile device?

Post SMTP’s mobile app allows you to receive push notifications for any failed emails and provides you the capability to resend those emails directly from the mobile app. This feature enhances your control over email delivery status and simplifies managing failed emails on the go.

Note: Ensure you have the latest version of the Post SMTP plugin installed and activated on each WordPress site you wish to connect. Download the Post SMTP mobile app from the Play Store.

Connect Your WordPress Site:

  • On your WordPress site, navigate to the Post SMTP plugin settings.

  • Click the top right tab labeled “Mobile App.”

  • Connect the mobile app with that site by scanning the site’s unique QR code.

Resending Failed Emails:

Note: The Resend Failed Emails feature requires a Pro license or higher.

After connecting to your WordPress site, you will be redirected to the “Email logs” section within the Post SMTP mobile app.

  • The mobile app will notify you with push notifications for any failed emails.
  • Tap on the three-dot dropdown menu associated with the failed email entry.
  • Click on “Resend” to initiate resending the selected failed email.

That’s it! You have successfully resent the failed email.
