Post SMTP Pro Installation and Activation Guide

Post SMTP Pro is an advanced add-on for the Post SMTP plugin, designed to enhance your WordPress site’s email deliverability. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to install and activate Post SMTP Pro.

Downloading the Post SMTP Pro Add-on Zip File:

After purchasing the Post SMTP Pro, you will receive a purchase or onboarding email. You have two options to download the Pro add-on:

01. From the Purchase / Onboarding Email:

Locate the onboarding email and Click the link provided to download the Post SMTP Pro add-on zip file.

02. From Your Post SMTP Pro Account:

Visit the Post SMTP website and log in to your Pro account using the credentials provided in the onboarding email.

• Navigate to the ‘Downloads’ tab in your Pro account.

• Download the Post SMTP Pro add-on zip file.

Installing the Post SMTP Pro Add-on:

Once you have downloaded the Pro add-on zip file, follow the below steps to install it on your WordPress site:

• Log in to your WordPress site’s admin dashboard.
• Navigate to the Plugins menu and click on “Add New Plugin.”

• Click on the “Upload Plugin” button.

• Choose the downloaded Post SMTP Pro add-on zip file and click “Install Now.”

• After installation, click “Activate Plugin” to activate this Pro add-on.

Activating Your Pro License:

After installing and activating the Pro add-on, you need to activate your Pro license.

• Upon activation, You will be prompted to enter your Pro license key. This key can be found in the purchase or onboarding email.

• Enter the license key in the provided input field and click “Activate License.”

Access all the Pro Extensions:

Once your license is activated, you can access all the Pro extensions of Post SMTP:

• Navigate to the Extensions submenu under Post SMTP.

• Here, you will find two types of Post SMTP Pro extensions.

1. Socket Extensions: Any Post SMTP Pro bundle includes all three Post SMTP Pro sockets (Office 365, Amazon SES, and Zoho Mail).

2. Bonus Extensions: The Post SMTP bonus extensions give you an edge that enhances your WordPress email management and performance reporting.

• Click the Save & Continue button to save your changes and proceed toward configuration.
• Configure the extensions from the Settings submenu to optimize email deliverability.
