Before we moved servers everything was working perfectly. Send an email with contact form 7, and we would receive the email in outlook.
Once we moved out website from one server to another, out contact forms, although they claim are successfully sent, are not being received.
We did not change urls, only server ip address. From what we can tell, based on what our tech support said, is that all the settings in Azure are the same and nothing has changed in the plugins settings. It our understanding that Azure authenticates based on url not Ip Address, is this correct?
Can you think of a reason we would stop receiving emails? How can we get this working again?
Hi Daniel,
That is strange, are you able to re-attempt the OAuth grant permissions and see if that helps?
Kind Regards,
Tim
