Hi,
I have the following issue:
When I fill out the contact form on my website (created with contact form 7) the mails are not sent. In the protocol it says “All good, mail sent.” but nothing actually arrives. The session transcript reads “smtp:none:none://localhost:25”.
When I then “resend” the mail through the protocol interface it actually gets sent and arrives without problems.
Any troubleshooting tips?
Hi Lukas,
Unfortunately this is a known issue with the Office 365 API extension. Sorry about that.
You may be able to use Authenticated SMTP as another option.
