    That’s what I just did.

I removed the -x from the plugin name via file manager in cPanel

So. You should be good to go ???

I ahd disabled extension by adding an -x after it.

    It is now removed.

    Hope that helps.

I can still delete if needed.

Although I set up the app in Office Azure – I never got thru setup as the site crashed.

I asked for the serial number in another forum and was directed to my download license.

That is the serial key / string of characters I used for setup.

I entered the license number and clicked to go to the next step.

That is when the site crashed and I received the critical error message.

I also found this failed email in the post smtp logs.

It was sent by me – to me – from my site contact form and refers to this article:

    STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied

This is the conversation between Postman and the mail server. It can be useful for diagnosing problems. DO NOT post it on-line, it may contain your account password.

    Good morning

I will give it a go and get back to you

    SMTP Extension Version is 1.2

    If I’m following you correctly…

I don’t see an API per se

The Post STMP and O-365 extension plugins are disabled via the file manager in cPanel – or the site crashes.

So. I cannot access the logs.

Can they be found on the server ?

    PHP 7.4

    post SMTP 2.0.20

Not sure where to find API extension version or the diagnostics log
