office 365 extentions 500 error

good day. I have an issue where as soon as i active the plugin and add my License, wordpress wp-admin give 500 error. I need to delete the extention folder to get the wordpress dashboard (domain.com/wp-admin) back. Hoping someone can help as i would love to use exchange instead of IMAP.

I have an update. Unsure which PHP versions are required for each plugin.
Shared server was set to 5.6. upgrading to version 7.0 resolved the 500 error after the extension was installed. After installing application i am receiving a license error. I dont even get to the screen that requests serial number.
now i am recieving the following error
