Hi there,

Managed to configure office 365 setup..but upon test email I get this error back:

Give the configured account “Send As” permissions on the “From” mailbox (admin.office365.com).

Can anyone provide any assistance on what I need to do from here Please?

Hi J,

Did you set the app up under the user that you’re sending as in 365?

Have you checked that the account you’re sending from has permission to send as the email address in Post SMTP. That’s what the error message is suggesting to check.
