Post SMTP Dashboard

The Post SMTP Dashboard is the centralized interface provided by Post SMTP, where users can configure the wizard, view recent logs, access settings, review the status of emails, and much more. We are going to take you through the Brand-New dashboard, which is clean, minimalistic, and easy to navigate.

This brand new dashboard interface will be released and available in our v3.0 release and onwards. For Our loyal Post SMTP family the Beta Version is already available for use—enjoy!😊

To access the dashboard on the back end of your WordPress dashboard, simply hover over the Post SMTP. You’ll be prompted with all the tabs. Click on the Dashboard.

You’ll be redirected to the eye-pleasing Dashboard.

The first thing users will eagerly seek is Wizard. With the red highlight, a red cross sign and the message “Post SMTP is not configured!” the wizard is all ready for users to click on Setup the Wizard or Configure Now.

You can Book a configuration request with our team of experts, who can configure it for you. Simply click Book Now—all from the comfort of the Dashboard.

Clicking the Setup the Wizard button will take you to the Wizard setup.First, choose your Socket, socket here refers to the Email Service provider or SMTP service that you will be using to configure with Post SMTP.

Clicking the Continue button will take you to the Configure Mailer Settings page. 

Enter the From Email address, From Name & the API Key of your selected Socket and hit Save & Continue Button.

Soon as you click the Save & Continue button you will be forwarded to the Send Test Email page. We know you have been excited to send your first email. Well, here’s the moment you all have been waiting for. Enter the Recipient Email Address and click the Send Test Email button.

Vola! Your first mail has been sent and the connection has been tested.

Now, you must be wondering how do I know if the email sent is logged? Worry not, go ahead and click the Finish button.

Just kidding! Click on the Skip to dashboard button beneath the View log section button, we still have a lot to discover on the Dashboard.

You can see the total status of your emails, along with those that were successfully sent and those that failed.

Additionally, you can alter the results to preview reports on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis simply by switching between Day, Week, or Month.

If you keep wondering whether the Recipients are paying attention to your emails, you can upgrade to our Pro Plan. Using the Email Report & Tracking extension, you will be able to get open reports as well.

Moreover, you can review your Recent Logs from the Dashboard or click on View All to analyze all the logs.

If you are having trouble setting up the plugin, extensions, Mobile App or require Troubleshooting techniques, the Guides & Documentation panel comes in handy—all from the comfort of the Dashboard. 

Looking to make changes in settings? The Settings icon at the top right will take you to the Settings tab. The adjacent Notification icon manages the notifications of failed emails—no leads go unnoticed.

On the right-hand side of the dashboard, you’ll find us flexing our Latest Mobile Application 😎

Send Test Email to verify if the emails are getting delivered.

Import/Export to import or export the inherent settings from one site to another.

Connectivity Test to analyze the connectivity between your site & email service providers and to share with the Support team.Diagnostic Test to find the overall status of your site, plugin & connections.

You can share the Connectivity Test and Diagnostic Test report with the Support team. It’s very helpful for them to analyze your issue and provide you with the best assistance.

Reset Plugin to reset the plugin to the default settings.
