Actually, there is no option for DKIM in our plugin; usually, it’s on the Hosting or Domain panel, so you need to talk to your Domain or hosting support about this.

Which mailing service are you using with post SMTP? Every email has its own server and options to add DKIM Keys, so please share your email server name then I can guide you.

This was an SDK issue and it’s fixed on our beta version, create a backup of your website and then add this Beta (shorturl.at/eFZ12) extension and then configure the PLugin again, and then test.

Seems like its a Microsoft Azure configuration issue, watch this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ze4mMraEvwQ&t=78s), reset the plugin, and configure it again and if the issue is still there then let me know.

I’m sorry but your issue is a configuration problem inside the office365 platform.
I don’t have the resources to support the plugin and every user-specific account setup inside office 3565.
Your options:
1. try to check the guide again.
2. try SMTP setup, the extension use API instead of SMTP
3. try to contact Tim the moderator here, who is offering a base setup service but in your case, it will not be enough so can ask him for a price if he interested.
4. Try a premium paid plugin, you will get more 360 support.Saad IqbalKeymasterSo sorry for the delay, please remove the extension for now, and if you have auth issues just put the credentials again.
