TimTimModeratorHi Rait,
Unfortunately no update from the developer at this time.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Ricardo,
Have you tried going directly to this link?

TimTimModeratorHi Roo,
Sorry I missed your reply, things are a bit busy.
Just to confirm your account is under the email address you provided, and you are attempting to send from Post SMTP as that email address too?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Roo,
No – sorry, I haven’t had a reply on this thread from you.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Lukas,
Unfortunately this is a known issue with the Office 365 API extension. Sorry about that.
You may be able to use Authenticated SMTP as another option.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Roo,
They are correct.
Please let me know the username of the account you are authenticating, and also the username of the account that you are trying to send as.

TimTimModeratorHi Alexander,
Can you paste a copy of your Post SMTP diagnostics log? You can mark it as a private reply if you wish.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Jim,
I’m sorry to hear that. I am not the developer, and am not paid by Post SMTP or the developer in any way – this is all entirely voluntary. The extension is also totally free of charge in fairness to the developer!
You need the permissions below:
- Delegated: Mail.Send.Shared
- Application: Mail.Send
If your agency is unable to wait for a fix, I would have to suggest looking at alternatives.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Jim,
There are a number of known problems with the Office 365 API extension, waiting on the developer to fix – but he is very busy.
What API permissions do you have set on your Azure app?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Jim,
Microsoft have changed this. I meant to speak to Yehuda about this – there is now no longer an option to set the API key to never expire. It will have to be updated every 24 months.
Sorry there is nothing we can do about that. 🙁
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Roo,
What API permissions have you set on your Azure app?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Erolha,
No, I’m afraid this is not possible using the O365 API.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Ruaridh,
Please see this guide: https://postmansmtp.com/configure-office-365-integration/
You need to create an application secret under the menu item ‘Certificates & secrets’.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHello,
