Hi Daniel,
That is strange, are you able to re-attempt the OAuth grant permissions and see if that helps?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Goetz,
Yes, those API permissions look right.

TimTimModeratorHi all,
Sorry, I am unable to advise here! It’s not my areas of expertise. I will ask the developer to look when he has time.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Michael,
Just noticed you mention WooCommerce. Unfortunately there is a known bug with WooCommerce at the moment. The developer is very busy, so I’m afraid right now I am unable to advise when this might be fixed.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Michael,
Have you checked the API permissions for your Azure app?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Edward,
Is CF7 sending from the exact same email address as the Office 365 API sender email?
They must match, or mail won’t be sent.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorThanks Michael.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Mark,
That’s odd, have you checked the API permissions are correctly set for your Azure app?
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Emma,
Please check your access token has been saved into Post SMTP.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Jan,
Haha! I’m glad you were able to solve this yourself. 🙂

Sorry I am only just replying. It has been a while since we last spoke, so just to confirm are you having issues with WooCommerce emails – or was it something else sending mail over the Office 365 API. There is unfortunately a bug in the extension that is sending the mail from
localhost
, and that’s probably why they are being quarantined.Unfortunately, as the developer is very busy, I don’t have an estimate fix time as yet. Sorry about that. 🙁
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Goetz and Alex,
Are you both sorted now? Sorry I am only just getting around to replying. 🙂
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi all,
I am afraid this is a known bug. The developer is working on it, however as yet we do not have a timescale for the fix.
Kind Regards,
TimTimModeratorHi Jessica,
Have you assigned the necessary API permissions to your Azure app?

Thanks for the reply. Does the console give any indication what doesn’t have a PTR record? I checked the IP for jitterbyte.com and it has a perfectly valid PTR record set. I’d be surprised if any Microsoft IPs were misconfigured too!
