    Hi Andrew,

Okay, great! I am guessing you are seeing the same as my screenshot below? I just tested this up in a sandbox environment and get the same. I will ask Yehuda to check this out.

    Hi Yew,

That’s weird. I will try and fire up a test site when I get five minutes and see if I can replicate this. 🙂

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Andrew,

I am not the developer, however I am assisting with support. When you say that the API doesn’t appear in the All Settings page – do you mean that it is not showing in the dropdown as an option, or something else?

Any screenshots would also be great. 🙂

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi all,

This thread is getting a bit complicated – would someone be able to test the issue you are all facing after updating to Post SMTP 2.0.21 and let me know if you are still having problems?

    Thanks for your help. 🙂

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Yew,

Sorry for the delay – things are very busy at the moment for both me and Yehuda. Have you tried this with the new 2.0.21 Post SMTP plugin? The update was released earlier today.

    Please let me know.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Karen,

Officially I should refer you to Divi support, but if you can post a temporary login to your site I’ll take a look for you. I had this issue with another Divi site the other week. 🙂

When you post any credentials, make sure you mark the reply as private, so that it is only visible to the support team.

The override is good, but it doesn’t always seem to work – especially on the Divi contact form(s).

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Karen,

Okay, great. Can you check what email address the Divi contact form is trying to send from? It sometimes tries to send from a different address.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Karen,

Have you set a reply-to address in Post SMTP? If not, can you try setting one? This should match, exactly, the sender email of your Office 365 account.

Please let us know how you get on.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Jim,

Two of the letters were the wrong way around on the last part of the domain – I missed it! Corrected and resent.

    Hi J,

Did you set the app up under the user that you’re sending as in 365?

Have you checked that the account you’re sending from has permission to send as the email address in Post SMTP. That’s what the error message is suggesting to check.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for the details and reply. I quite understand how frustrating that is, and rest assured I will work closely with Yehuda to make sure that we can get this running smoothly on your site. I am glad that I was able to clear up any confusion between my link with Post SMTP – as I say, it is purely there as an additional service which is optional. 🙂

I can’t send you a private reply back via the forums – so would it be okay for me to email you on the email address you included in your last message? It would be great to talk some things through and see what might be causing this problem.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Jim,

    Thanks for your message.

This is not at all the case. As I have stated in my previous message I am not the developer and do not own or develop Post SMTP. I provide only support on both this forum, and on WP.org completely free and voluntarily – I am not paid for replies to these topics.

If you think there is a better way that we offer this service – to make the connection clearer, please do let me know. There is absolutely no obligation to utilise the set up service at all.

Would you be able to send me a login for your site (please mark the reply as private) and I’ll take a look for you? A login to the Office 365 account you are sending from would also be useful.

I take great pride in my support, so I am keen to prove to you that I will do all that I can do resolve this for you.

I do hope this helps to clarify and reassure you.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
